For Pre-Order items, dispatch will take place within 2 business days following the delivery date stated on the product page. Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email.

Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all security tags intact. Products with removed or damaged tags are not eligible for return or exchange.

Evening dresses and sequined items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless the security tag remains intact.
